How long does a made-to-order ring take?+
Most rings are made and dispatched within three to four weeks. The product page shows an estimated delivery date for your country before you order.
What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?+
Both are real diamonds with the same hardness, chemistry and sparkle. A lab-grown diamond is grown over weeks rather than formed over millions of years, which makes it considerably less expensive for the same size and grade.
What if it doesn't fit?+
The first resize within a year is free. Our ring size guide helps you measure before ordering, and you can ask us for a free sizer.
