Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. As a commercial undertaking we extend this period to 30 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several pieces delivered separately, the period runs from the day you acquire physical possession of the last piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Etoile Diamonds OOD, [registered street address], Sofia, Bulgaria, hello@etoilediamonds.com, [telephone number] — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the goods. You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. We send you a prepaid, insured return label and bear the cost of returning the goods. Because the goods are of high value, please use only the label we send, so that the parcel is insured in transit.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return pieces unworn, with their grading reports, certificates and original packaging.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act; Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). At Etoile this means:

pieces that carry an engraving you requested;
pieces made to a custom design you commissioned from us.

All other pieces, including made-to-order pieces configured from the options on the product page without engraving, may be returned under this policy.
